the location proved excellent, especially for catching shows. the staff was friendly. the rooms looked recently updated, i found the bed quite comfortable.
i experienced waits for the elevators, it took about 10 minutes each time. the wait happened whether i was heading up to my room or down to the lobby. this delay was a noticeable inconvenience.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The location was Very nice, close to several subway lines. The room featured a useful microwave and mini fridge. I appreciated the plentiful supply of shelves and hooks for storage.
I noticed the lifts could get quite busy during peak times, like breakfast. The wait was occasionally a bit long.

The location was convenient. I found several subway lines nearby making exploration easy. The terrace bar offered amazing views (a real highlight!). My room was clean and well maintained.

slow elevatorscrowded breakfast
the elevators seemed like a total mess (seriously). there were huge lines at certain times, and it took forever to get to my floor. breakfast was a bit of a free-for-all, too. it was so crowded (you could barely move!) and it seemed like they struggled to keep the food stocked, like a bad comedy.
